“SERVICES”: any platform, software, app or other material provided by The Raided Foundation.

“WE”: The Raided Foundation and/or its subsidiaries.

By using “OUR” services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. Requirements
Anyone aged of 13 (thirteen) years old or more may use our services. Specific requirements may apply for restricted access “SERVICES”.
4. User responsibilities
“YOU” must respect these following terms:

ii. “YOU” must follow specific terms that may apply to our “SERVICES”.
iii. “YOU” may not attempt to access, remain in the whole or part of “OUR” automated data processing system.
iv. “YOU” may not remove or alter any data within the system without authorization from The Raided Foundation.
v. “YOU’ must not alter the system’s functioning.
vi. “YOU” must not use credentials that are not belonging to “YOU”.
If you do not follow these terms, legal action may be taken against “YOU”.
5. Termination of Service
The Raided Foundation reserves the right to end this contract at any time. “WE” will attempt to contact you if The Raided Foundation ends this contract.
You may end this contract at any time on our website or by contacting us.
6. Privacy Policy
The privacy policy describes how we collect and use your personal information when you use The Raided Foundation “SERVICES”.
Your information is gathered when you use “OUR” “SERVICES”.
We use your personal information to create adapted content for you.
We, for example, will use your gender, location, age and other demographic data to improve our services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RAIDED FOUNDATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
8. Changes
If any changes are made to these Terms of Services, we will attempt to inform you in every way possible: by contacting you with your email address or on “OUR” website.
9. Disputes
If you would like to solve a dispute, you agree to attempt contacting us first. If the issue is not solved in less than 30 days, you may take legal action against The Raided Foundation.
Since The Raided Foundation is based in France and our website is hosted under French jurisdiction, French law governs all matters.
You agree that any legal disputes involving The Raided Foundation or its subsidiaries shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Grenoble, France.
